Tokyo Boeki Steel & Materials Ltd. was launched in line with the transition of Tokyo Boeki Ltd. to a holding company. On October 1, 2006, Tokyo Boeki Ltd. conducted corporate separation and our company set out as a core business company taking over the operations in iron and steel, resources, materials, building materials, and automobiles.
