We are pleased to announce that appointment of Mr Philip G. Spender as a new member of the Board of Directors was approved at the 4th ordinary general meeting of shareholders held on 21st June 2010. The Company believes that a great deal of experience of him at a series of senior management positions in world-leading multinational organizations will effectively help us promote seamless co-operations between our headquarter and overseas group companies as well as further globalization of our businesses including new business development and investment in overseas markets.
